CHILDREN:
It is a legal requirement for all passengers to wear seat belts at all times. Children aged 2 and under must occupy a seat by utilising their own car seat.
A charge of £4 per head will be made for the occupancy of an adult seat by a car seat. Children 3 - 10 years will be required to pay the normal child fare.
Children 14 years and under will not be permitted to travel in the front four seats of coaches. Persons aged 16 years and under must be accompanied by a fare-paying adult.
REDUCTIONS FOR CHILDREN:

DISABLED PASSENGERS:
Disabled passengers please telephone the office for information.
PICK UP AND DROP OFF POINTS:
Passengers are requested to board the coach at a pre-designated point and will be dropped off at same. Additional pick up points may be arranged for parties of six or more but prior notice must be given. We will list separate pick up points for our 4/5-day holiday tours. Passengers boarding at the Mona Depot are welcome to use our facilities for day trips. Passengers are asked to be punctual at all times and on holiday tours all other timing details will be gives by your driver.
SEAT ALLOCATION:
Seats will be allocated in order of payment on holiday tours and on day tours will be allocated at the time of booking. We reserve the right to amend seat numbers if the need arises.
NO SMOKING POLICY:
Current legislation dictates it is illegal to smoke whilst on board any of our vehicles. In most cases stops en-route will be made.
LUGGAGE:
On holiday tours please restrict your luggage to one medium sized suite case, maximum weight 20 kilos per person. Please note we cannot accept responsibility for personal belongings or luggage carried.
PETS:
Pets are not allowed on any of our coach trips or holidays. However, Registered Assistance Dogs will normally be accommodated on holiday tours.
INCLUDED EXCURSIONS:
We reserve the right not to be held responsible for any unforeseen circumstances, which may result in the cancellation of any pre-arranged excursion or visit.
PAYMENTS:
Day trips:
Full payment will be required prior to travel date we accept Switch Maestro Visa Master Card / No Refund will be given if cancellation occurs within 48hrs.
Tours:
A deposit of £60.00 per person is required on all our Holiday Tours / we accept Switch Maestro Visa Master Card / for full details see Deposits and Cancellations below.
Deposits:
We will require a £60 per person deposit on all our holiday tours and the balance payable within six weeks of departure date. If a booking is made within six weeks of the departure date, then full payment is required.
CANCELLATIONS BY YOU:
On holiday tours the following charges will apply:
a) If more than 42 days Deposit returned
b) 42-30 days 30% of the total holiday cost
c) 29-15 days 45% of the total holiday cost
d)14-8 days 75% of the total holiday cost
e) 7-1 day 100% of the total holiday cost
CANCELLATION BY US:
In the event of there being insufficient numbers to make the tour viable, we reserve the right to cancel same, giving six weeks notice, after which a full refund will be given.
ALTERATIONS:
We reserve the right to amend any route or details of any excursion without notification.
INSURANCE:
It is essential you are covered by insurance when you travel. Personal travel insurance is NOT included in the cost of holiday tours. Your own car/home policy provider may be able to offer this service, alternatively banks/post office etc. also offer this type of cover.
